HOW TO CORRECTLY SET-UP AND OUTPUT YOUR CANVA DESIGN FOR PRINTING

Before Starting Your Design

NOTE: As of late 2023 some of these features are only available with a paid “Pro Version” of Canva.

1. Start a new design then go to Resize > Custom Size
2. Enter the finished size. If unsure, please liaise with us first as standard sizes are usually more economical to print.
3. Go to File > settings > and make sure “Show print bleed” is selected
4. Ensure items that need to bleed off the page stretch to the bleed edge (see images below).

OUTPUT YOUR DESIGN FOR PRINT

4. Go to Share > Download
5. Select File Type > PDF PRINT (Best for printing)
6. Check “Crop marks and bleed” and click DOWNLOAD to save to your PC.
